bridge toll plaza. i'm watching a jackknifed big rig affecting the south bay commute or potentially. >> we begin with news from overnight in san jose. police tell us they found three people shot around 11:00 last night. this happened on jean avenue near highway 280. the victims are said to be a man and a woman as well as a male juvenile. they all -- they are expected to survive, though. >> we do have new information this morning on a double murder that happened overnight in richmond. are telling us about an accident in the south bay. >> nasa right. we have a jackknifeed big prig -- that's right we have a jackknifed big rig. the fire department is actually unloading the contents and putting it into another it truck so it won't spoil. you can see the congestion as a result, if we could pan off to the right there. we can see that people are slowing down. they are stopping to take a look. so it's causing some congestion in the morgan hill area. all right. let's head to pleasanton right now. this is over interstate 680 where we have metering lights doing a test-run. this is between pleasanton and dublin. right now, the lights are all green. and this is to get folks used to the fact about the lights. here's a six-car crash. look at this backup. this is on 0 westbound at highway 4. a tow truck is on the scene but you can see the damage has been done. the backup is pretty extensive. this will probably last for at least the last half-hour or so. if i were you, i would try to avoid 80 westbound. >>> on this monday, patchy fog at bast f there's not a lot out there. there's rain

of the incline, it can still be out there and we are seeing big delays now stretching through the foot of the mes. we are calling the bainbridge a house of this morning. other than that we are pretty accident free. >> the time is 7 02 a.m.. a developing story in richmond, they are following stories that left two people dead and one person in the hospital in critical condition. the shootings happened late last night on abyssal ave. knopf will tran is live on the scene. was this a gang-related or a targeted hit? >> at this point it is too early to tell. there are no arrests that have been made. no witnesses have stepped forward. o'clock here here is video from the scene. this happened about nine hours ago a man and woman died. there are standing in front of an apartment complex when someone shot them. they died on the scene. another woman there was also shot and it is in critical condition. 30 minutes before the shooting did was another shooting that involved a 23 year-old man hook. the spokesperson for the original police department spoke with us. she believes the shootings might be connected. >

-form and we'll see more drizzle. the big story throughout the week is this record-breaking heat wave. 90s and 100s under the strong ridge of high pressure to the east. the reason we can't warm up we have this dip in the jet stream, tossing some clouds our way and showers up on the north coast. until this last system clears by, monday into tuesday, our temperatures are going to stay mild to start the work week with areas of drizzle. so more cool temperatures relatively speaking for july through tuesday. then starting midweek we'll see the low clouds hang out on the coast, the marine layer is going to get squished down. 70s and 80s. then we're talking 90s for our inland valleys by the time you roll into next weekend. look for clouds to reform on the coast and misty skies and parts of the monday morning commute. tomorrow's highs a little warmer than today. we'll call for mostly sunny skies, at least around the south bay. should be in the mid to upper 70s around san jose. 65 for san francisco, not all that bad with partly cloudy skies toward the east bay highs in the 70s, closer to 80s, up to
